For the sixth edition of Lake Como Design Festival, the scenic Serra del Grumello becomes a temporary restaurant curated by chefs Samuel Carugati and Elisa Raieri. They have created for the festival two ad-hoc menus inspired by Lake Como and its raw materials; a seven-day experience dedicated to lightness, the theme of this new edition.
LIGHT temporary restaurant opens to the public by reservation every evening from September 15th to 21st from 7.30 p.m. with a refined gourmet offer in dialogue with the site-specific installation, created in collaboration with FENIX®️, Davide Groppi and Pedrali, renowned brands on the international furnishing and lighting scene. Antinori, Acqua Chiarella and Caffè Milani, partners of this sixth edition, complete the culinary proposal.
In the natural setting of the Grumello park, LIGHT is also a cafeteria and bistro. In fact, from September 15th to 22nd (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), it offers festival visitors a moment of respite immersed in the centuries-old park, overlooking the first basin of the lake. Light menu with tasty proposals from veal tonnato to quiche lorraine and homemade cake.
